This is something that the Board of Selectmen has identified as a priority. We have been working collectively to adopt and implement an organizational chart. I am unable to attach the document here, but I have emailed you a DRAFT of the document. Please note that it is a working document and has not yet been adopted, but the Board of Selectmen have reviewed it at their March 12th meeting.
