jeannekling Hello and I apologize for the delay we have been working to identify the most accurate information to share. We have issued the Request for proposals for a project manager for the new COA. That is step 1 of this whole process. We are hopeful that the developer will have all approvals and be able to break ground sometime this fall on the project. This is delayed from what was anticipated to be this Spring, but these things do sometimes happen. As the developer builds out the first 30 units of their project, we will be working to design the COA and procure a contractor to construct it. By Fall of 2025, we hope to have broken ground on the project and have the building complete sometime in late 2026 or early 2027.
